Job Description: We are seeking a detail-oriented Construction Estimator to prepare cost estimates for heavy civil construction projects with a focus on underground utilities & structures. The estimator will review project plans, gather pricing, and develop accurate bids to support winning contracts. Responsibilities: Analyze project plans and specifications. Prepare detailed and accurate cost estimates. Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers for pricing. Work with project managers and engineers to develop bids. Solicitation of subcontractor and supplier quotes. Maintain estimating databases and documentation. Participation in the production of draft content for written proposals. Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or related field. 2-5 years’ experience estimating heavy civil construction projects preferred. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications. Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively across teams and stakeholders. Job Type: Full Time, In-person.
