Experience in warehouse operations (shipping, receiving, or inventory) Basic computer skills (email and Microsoft Office) Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety Ability to work independently and within a team environment Valid driver's license and ability to pass a motor vehicle background check Forklift experience Delivery driving experience Experience with online shipping systems
We are seeking two Material Handlers to support warehouse operations in Boise, ID. This role is responsible for shipping, receiving, inventory management, and order fulfillment in a fast-paced warehouse environment. This is a 90-day contract role with potential for extension or conversion based on performance and business needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Label, stage, and prepare outgoing shipments
- Perform shipping, receiving, and inventory tracking
- Enter shipping data into systems (e.g., FedEx/UPS)
- Pick, pack, and organize inventory
- Load and unload materials while maintaining organization
- Deliver orders locally as needed
- Conduct cycle counts and reconcile inventory discrepancies
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse
- Communicate with internal teams and customers regarding orders
