**Required Experience:** - ICU experience required **Preferred Experience/Skills:** - Desirable skills include IABP, Impella, CRRT **Required Skills:** - Titration of Vesicant Meds - Familiarity with Pressors - Sedation - Paralytics - Experience with Vents - Trachs - Telemetry interpretation - Understanding of Hemodynamics and PA Catheter set up and interpretation **Certifications:** - None required (CCRN recommended) **Advanced Skills Appreciated:** - IABP - Impella - CRRT **Certifications Appreciated:** - CCRN, IABP, Impella and CRRT appreciated **Procedures Familiarity:** - Cardioversion - Central line insertion - EGD - Bronchoscopy - Chest tube insertions - Pericardiocentesis - Thoracentesis **Dress Code:** - No pullovers or hoodies, no green scrubs except when uniform is soiled - Must adhere to uniform colors (All Navy or Navy and White) **Licensure:** - No specific licensure mentioned
