Inventory Control Manager

Role Description The Inventory Control Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Branchburg, NJ. This role is responsible for overseeing all inventory control activities, including maintaining accurate stock levels, coordinating and performing physical inventory counts, and reconciling discrepancies. The Inventory Control Manager will monitor inventory movements across production, warehousing, and shipping, ensure proper documentation and system updates, and develop processes to improve inventory accuracy and efficiency. The role includes analyzing inventory data, creating reports for leadership, collaborating with purchasing and production teams to forecast needs, and enforcing inventory policies that align with cGMP and regulatory standards. This position also involves leading or supporting inventory-related audits and training team members on best practices. Qualifications Inventory management expertise, including Inventory Control and Inventory Management skills to oversee stock levels and processes. Strong focus on inventory accuracy, including Inventory Accuracy and Physical Inventory skills to conduct counts and reconciliations. Analytical Skills to interpret inventory data, identify trends, and propose process improvements. Experience with ERP or inventory management systems and proficiency in Excel or similar tools. Prior experience in manufacturing, cosmetics, personal care, or regulated industries is preferred. Ability to work on-site in Branchburg, NJ and collaborate with cross-functional teams in production, warehousing, and quality. Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills, with attention to detail and adherence to cGMP and safety standards.
