Your efforts will create unforgettable and unique memories that leave a lasting impression.Essential Job Functions:Deliver unparalleled service, courtesy, and care to our guestsRespond promptly and effectively to guest questions and requestsStreamline the check-in and check-out process for guestsAnswer incoming phone calls with promptness and professionalismExcel at multitasking in a dynamic environmentResolve guest concerns with attentive service recoveryHotel Specific:Perform duties across multiple outlets on the property as required.Physical Demands:Ability to lift, carry, push or pull 10 lbsPrimarily standing for majority of shiftQualifications:Education:High school diploma or its equivalentExperience:One year of Front Desk experience in hotels preferredOne year of experience working in customers service or a guest-facing role requiredFull understanding and comfort working on a computer with MS Suite-Outlook, Word, ExcelPrevious experience with hotel PMS systems a plus.
