In this Product Director role, you will own Product Delivery for the Americas, accountable for turning product strategy into predictable, high-quality execution across complex programmes of work. This is a highly visible leadership position at the heart of a major B2B software and hardware portfolio, tied directly to real operational environments within an organization operating at global scale.

You’ll be trusted to set direction, align teams, and lead end-to-end product delivery, ensuring that priorities are clear, trade-offs are well judged, and execution delivers measurable impact.

This role suits a senior product leader who is comfortable operating with influence, clarity, and pace, bringing structure and momentum to complex product delivery environments.

What You’ll Be Responsible For

• Owning Product Delivery outcomes across a significant B2B product area, from strategy through to execution.

• Setting priorities, making informed trade-offs, and keeping cross-functional teams aligned on what matters most.

• Partnering closely with engineering, operations, and commercial stakeholders to ensure effective, predictable product delivery.

• Using customer insight, market signals, and operational feedback to shape roadmaps and drive continuous improvement.

• Providing confident, credible product leadership within a hands-on, operationally focused environment.

What You’ll Bring
