Position Type: Part Time Pay Rate: $17.34 / Hour Job Schedule: Tue 10:00 PM - 06:00 AM Wed 10:00 PM - 06:00 AM What You’ll Do: Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and/or contractors by carrying out site-specific procedures, access-related activities, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a chemical and petrochemical location. Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or unusual conditions in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and communicating with site contacts as needed. Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, operational areas, and perimeter locations to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential security-related concerns. Monitor entry and exit points, verify credentials and/or visitor information, and support vehicle and pedestrian traffic control in accordance with site policies. Prepare clear reports on daily activities, incidents, and/or maintenance or hazard observations, and relay important information to Allied Universal leadership and site representatives. Minimum Requirements: Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
