Director of Organizational Design & Performance

A leading biopharmaceutical company based in North Chicago is looking for a Director of Organizational Design to drive organizational design initiatives that enhance performance and effectiveness. The successful candidate will engage with leaders across the organization, influence strategic decisions, and facilitate the development of organizational capabilities.
