Front Desk Associate We are looking for a friendly, organized, and customer-focused Front Desk Associate to join our team in Newport, Oregon. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys helping guests, managing reservations, and providing outstanding customer service in a fast-paced hospitality environment. Position Details Pay: Starting at $20.00 per hour Employment Type: Full-Time Schedule: Monday through Friday Hours: 8:00 AM 4:30 PM Responsibilities Welcome guests with a professional and friendly attitude. Answer incoming phone calls and respond to guest inquiries. Assist guests with making, modifying, and confirming reservations. Process check-ins and check-outs efficiently. Provide information about accommodations, local attractions, and property amenities. Handle guest requests and resolve concerns in a timely and courteous manner. Maintain accurate reservation records and guest information. Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance staff to ensure guest readiness. Perform general office and administrative duties as needed. Qualifications Previous front desk, hospitality, customer service, or administrative experience is preferred. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask. Comfortable using computers and reservation software (training provided if needed). Professional appearance and positive attitude. Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
