Role /Title: Cloud Architect – CCoE Lead
Location : Basking Ridge, NJ
Mandatory Skills:
The Cloud Architect is responsible for designing, governing, and continuously improving the organization's cloud architecture while also leading Cloud Center of Excellence (CCoE) initiatives.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.
10+ years of experience in infrastructure, cloud engineering, or architecture roles.
Strong experience with at least one major cloud platform: AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
Proven experience in cloud governance, enterprise architecture, or CCoE leadership.
Hands-on knowledge of networking, security, identity, automation, and platform engineering.
Experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC), CI/CD, and cloud-native architecture patterns.
Strong understanding of security, compliance, disaster recovery (DR), and high-availability design.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Cloud certifications such as AWS Solutions Architect, Azure Solutions Architect Expert, or Google Professional Cloud Architect.
Experience with multi-cloud or hybrid cloud environments.
Familiarity with FinOps, cloud operating models, and architecture review boards.
Knowledge of container platforms such as Kubernetes and modern DevOps practices.
