Key Responsibilities: Assess patients' physical conditions and develop individualized treatment plans. Implement therapeutic exercises and techniques to improve mobility and function. Educate patients and their families on exercises and home care. Monitor and document patients' progress. Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure comprehensive care.
