Job Posting This position is for a Shift Manager in a restaurant owned and operated by an independent franchisee licensed to use McDonald’s logos and food products. The franchisee is the employer and responsible for all employment matters. McDonald’s USA has no control over hiring, firing, or schedule decisions. Responsibilities The Shift Manager leads shifts every week, ensuring customers receive fast, accurate, and friendly service. Key duties include: Planning and monitoring each shift Ensuring team meets McDonald’s quality, service, and cleanliness standards Managing safety, security, and profitability Communicating with the next Shift Manager for smooth transition Supporting department goals and target achievement Key Responsibilities Food Safety Internal Communication Inventory Management Daily Maintenance and Cleanliness Managing Crew Quality Food Production Exceptional Customer Service Safety and Security Scheduling Training Qualifications Experience in leadership roles within a restaurant, retail, or hospitality environment is preferred. Candidates must be 18 years or older and able to work a flexible schedule. Positive team leadership and a passion for working in a fast‑paced environment are essential.
