We are seeking an experienced RN Supervisor to oversee nursing operations during the evening shift. The ideal candidate will provide clinical leadership, support nursing staff, ensure compliance with facility policies, and deliver exceptional resident care in a long-term care/skilled nursing environment.

Requirements

Active RN License (Maine preferred or compact state license if applicable). Previous RN Supervisor or Charge Nurse experience preferred. Long-Term Care (LTC), Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF), or Rehabilitation experience highly preferred. Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Current BLS certification.
