strategy to ensure highest valuation by managing sales and accounts negotiating and purchasing needs that is not met with internal supply chain managing outside purchases needed to meet specifications and procurement guidelines ensuring partners deliver on agreed contractual terms and overseeing the exception approval process Optimizes profit and loss by developing and communicating plans analyzing costs making decisions based on financial and business information setting and communicating goals ensuring alignment among stakeholders monitoring financial information collaborating with management to reduce expenses and reconciling expenditures against the operating plan Supports overall financial business operations and new business perspectives by organizing and tracking accounts receivable
