We are currently seeking motivated individuals to join our team as Insurance Sales Agents at Aflac of the Sioux Empire in Sioux Falls, SD. If you have a passion for helping others, are driven to succeed, and enjoy building relationships with clients, then this may be the perfect opportunity for you!
Job Description:As an Insurance Sales Agent, you will be responsible for selling a variety of insurance products to individuals and businesses in the Sioux Empire area. This includes meeting with clients to assess their needs, providing information on available policies, and guiding them through the decision-making process. Training will be provided to ensure you have the knowledge and skills needed to succeed in this role.
We are looking for individuals who are self-motivated, goal-oriented, and eager to learn. The ability to communicate effectively, build rapport with clients, and work well in a team environment are also important qualities for success in this role. Previous sales experience is a plus, but not required.
