Lead Microbiology Quality Control Technician - Beverage Manufacturing

Coca-Cola Southwest Beverages is seeking a Quality Assurance Technician Micro Lead to oversee microbiological testing and quality controls in a high-volume beverage manufacturing facility. In this role, you will lead daily micro lab operations, collect and analyze product and environmental samples, verify sanitation effectiveness, and ensure compliance with Coca-Cola and regulatory standards. You will maintain accurate documentation, calibrate and troubleshoot lab equipment, train technicians on test methods, and partner with production teams to investigate nonconformances, drive root-cause analysis, and implement corrective actions that protect product safety and quality.
