Our client, a growing Home Healthcare organization in Boca Raton, is seeking an experienced Billing Specialist to join their team. The ideal candidate must have prior Home Healthcare billing experience and a strong understanding of Medicare, Medicaid, and insurance billing processes.

Responsibilities:

• Process and submit Home Healthcare claims accurately and timely.
• Verify patient insurance coverage and eligibility.
• Follow up on unpaid, denied, or rejected claims.
• Research and resolve billing discrepancies.
• Post payments and maintain accurate billing records.
• Work closely with clinical and administrative staff to ensure proper documentation for billing.

Requirements:

• Previous Home Healthcare billing experience required.
• Knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, and commercial insurance billing.
• Experience with claim submission, payment posting, and denial management.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Proficiency with billing software and Microsoft Office.
