Job Details

Physical Therapist:

* $10K Sign-on Bonus
* Outpatient Setting
* Mon-Fri, Days

Qualifications:
* Must be a Physical Therapist from an accredited school
* Prefer 1 or more years clinical experience (NEW GRADS Welcome to apply!)
* Lead or Supevisory experience
* Active AZ License
