I opened my agency in 2003 after beginning my State Farm career as a Claims Adjuster. Insurance has always been a part of my lifemy grandmother worked for State Farm in my hometown, and from an early age I knew I wanted to become an agent. I'm married with three teenagers, and helping families protect what matters most is something I'm passionate about both personally and professionally. Giving back to the community is important to me. I'm actively involved with local schools, foundation boards, the Chamber of Commerce, and other community organizations. Building strong relationships and making a positive impact extends far beyond the walls of our office. Role Description

As an Account Manager for Kelli Ashbrook - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers' success. You help grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agent office departments. You improve the lives of customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain customer relationships to drive retention and growth.
• Conduct policy reviews and provide recommendations to customers.
• Oversee the resolution of complex customer issues.
• Use your knowledge of our insurance products to recommend, explain and sell policies to both cold and warm leads.

Qualifications

• Experience in insurance sales or account management preferred.
• Leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Proven track record of meeting sales targets.
• Willingness to engage in sales conversations.

Compensation: $50,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
