Nurse Practitioner - Behavioral Health

Role Overview Full-time (3.5 days per week) within Monday - Friday. No nights or weekends. Flexible, onsite, round-and-go model with remote documentation. Responsibilities Conduct psychiatric evaluations, diagnostic assessments, and mental status examinations. Diagnose and treat psychiatric, behavioral, and neurocognitive disorders in older adults. Prescribe and manage psychotropic medications. Evaluate behavioral and safety concerns. Provide brief interventions and behavioral management. Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams across care settings. Coverage Area Eastman, Abbeville, and Lumber City, Georgia. Compensation and Benefits Estimated compensation range for 3.5 days per week is $97,176 - $115,011 annually with no cap on productivity income. Base salary plus productivity, W2 position with full benefits (medical, dental, vision, PTO, 401k). Back-end infrastructure and clinical support provided. Qualifications Active, unrestricted GA state license as a PMHNP-C or Psych PA-C. Active DEA or willingness to obtain. 6 months experience preferred as a PMHNP or Psych PA.
