Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)Location: Cleveland, OHJob Type: Full-Time (30 Hours/Week) Setting: In-home and community-based servicesSchedule:Full-time, typically Monday-FridayFlexible hours between 9:00 AM - 6:00 PMNo weekends or on-call requirementsPosition OverviewWe are seeking a compassionate and motivated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join a growing team in the Cleveland area. This role is structured around a 30-hour workweek, offering flexibility and the opportunity to take on additional hours.You will work directly with individuals with developmental disabilities, including autism, delivering high-quality, evidence-based ABA services in home and community settings.Key ResponsibilitiesConduct behavioral assessments using tools such as VB-MAPP, ABLLS, PEAK, Vineland, IISCA, and PFADevelop and oversee individualized behavior intervention plansAnalyze and graph data to monitor client progress and adjust treatment plansProvide supervision, training, and support to behavior techniciansCollaborate with families, caregivers, and interdisciplinary teams (SLPs, OTs, PTs, schools)Conduct weekly parent training sessions (including Project ImPACT)Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulationsManage a caseload of approximately 8-10 clientsQualificationsActive Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certificationCOBA (or ability to obtain upon hire)Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities (preferred, not required)Strong skills in data collection, analysis, and staff trainingExcellent communication and teamwork abilitiesPassion for delivering high-quality, client-centered careNew graduates are encouraged to apply Protouch Staffing
