Key Responsibilities

• 24-hour on-call support
• Manage a nursery census of 0-4 patients per day
• Work in a community hospital setting
• Maintain certifications in PALS, ACLS, NRP, and BLS
• Perform Level I nursery procedures
• Handle a pediatric floor census of 0-1 patients per day
• Serve in a rural environment
• Provide coverage for existing physician availability gaps
• Negotiate competitive pay, with weekly deposits
• Coordinate complimentary housing and travel arrangements, along with comprehensive malpractice coverage
• Simplify the credentialing and privileging process
• Access an online portal for assignment details and time entry
• Your dedicated recruiter will manage every aspect of your placement

Compensation

Hourly rates range from $125.00 to $150.00. These figures are estimates and may vary based on several factors, including the urgency of the position, your experience and qualifications, and other relevant considerations.
