Certified Nursing Assistant
Job Summary:
We are seeking a compassionate and caring Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team at Plainview Healthcare Center in Plainview, Texas, United States. Responsibilities:
• Assist patients with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming, according to their individual needs and preferences
• Provide emotional support and companionship to patients, engaging in conversations and activities to promote their mental and emotional well-being
• Assist with vital signs and other clinical tasks, such as taking temperatures and blood pressures
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans for patients
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of patient care and activities
• Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with industry developments and best practices
