JETSET Pilates is seeking a Director of Operations to lead and scale our Metro Detroit studios. You will oversee multiple locations, drive performance, and develop General Managers while ensuring consistent brand standards and an elevated client experience. You will own operational performance, implement SOPs, and partner with ownership to execute growth strategies and the rollout of new studios across the region. #J-18808-Ljbffr JETSET Pilates
