Automotive Sales Person

We are seeking a motivated, customer-focused sales professional to join our team and help create an outstanding vehicle purchasing experience. In this role, you will guide customers through the sales process with professionalism, product knowledge, and a commitment to exceptional service. The ideal candidate enjoys building relationships, understanding customer needs, and helping individuals and families find the right vehicle solution.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner and assist them throughout the sales process
• Listen carefully to customer needs and recommend suitable vehicles and features
• Present vehicle options, specifications, financing information, and available promotions clearly and accurately
• Conduct test drives and explain vehicle functionality, safety features, and performance benefits
• Follow up daily with prospective and existing customers to support sales opportunities and maintain relationships
• Work collaboratively with sales, finance, and service teams to ensure a smooth customer experience
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, leads, and sales activities
• Stay informed about current inventory, pricing, incentives, and market trends
• Meet or exceed individual and team sales goals while delivering excellent customer service

Qualifications

• Fluent in Spanish is a plus!
• Previous sales or customer service experience preferred
• Strong communication, listening, and relationship-building skills
• Ability to present information confidently and professionally
• Basic computer skills and comfort using CRM or sales software
• Self-motivated with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment
• Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record may be required
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
