Help ensure co-workers are working safely and following safety policies.* Follow all applicable procedures, Standardized Work, Control Plans, and Product Specifications.* Participate in required 5S and Autonomous Maintenance activities.* Learn, understand and implement AMS and continuous improvement concepts.* Support and participate in Employee Engagement activities.* Work to an established rate as defined by customer demand and Standardized Work.* Operate manufacturing equipment and use hand tools as required.* Rotate as required through multiple jobs.* May or may not operate a powered industrial truck (PIT) based on operations/department need.* Identify problems, communicate issues to Crew Leads and Supervisors, and assist with problem-solving.* Assist with training co-workers.* Support a respectful workplace.* Perform other duties across the plant as needed as directed by supervision or management.**QUALIFICATION AND SKILL REQUIREMENTS:*** High school diploma, GED or an equivalent combination of education and experience.* Basic computer skills.* Minimum of one year experience in a related field or equivalent demonstrated skills and abilities.* Ability to read and understand reports and a willingness to cross train on several operations.* Strong communication, teamwork, problem solving and leadership skills.* Dependability/punctuality.**PHYSICAL DEMANDS FOR ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:****Tier IV*** Ability to safely lift and carry up to 90 pounds* Ability to safely push and/or pull up to 99 pounds of force* Climb stairs/steps at will* Obtain a variety of positions such as stooping, reaching, twisting, etc.* Ability to grasp and pinch frequently throughout the day* Work around and near moving equipment and machinery**PAY RANGE:**$22.05 - $26.11**CULTURE AND BENEFITS:**At Andersen, we believe our people are at the heart of everything we do.
