JOB SUMMARY:

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Specialty Pharmacy Sales Representative to join our Oncology sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving product adoption and building strategic relationships with oncologists, hematologists, infusion centers, specialty pharmacies, and key stakeholders across the oncology care continuum. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated sales professional with a passion for oncology and specialty pharmaceuticals to make a meaningful impact on patient care.

This is a remote position that will cover the regions of Los Angeles, San Diego, and Las Vegas, NV.

DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Develop and execute strategic territory business plans to achieve sales targets for oncology specialty pharmacy products.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with oncologists, hematologists, nurse navigators, practice administrators, and other key decision-makers.
• Educate healthcare providers on product efficacy, safety profiles, clinical data, and appropriate patient selection criteria.
• Collaborate with specialty pharmacies, hub services, and reimbursement teams to ensure smooth patient access and therapy initiation.
• Partner cross-functionally with Market Access, Medical Science Liaisons (MSLs), and Marketing to align on account strategies and messaging.
• Stay current on oncology treatment landscapes, competitor products, clinical guidelines, and relevant payer policies.
• Analyze territory data and market trends to identify growth opportunities and adjust tactics accordingly.
• Maintain accurate and timely records of sales activities, customer interactions, and territory performance using CRM tools.
• Ensure all promotional activities comply with company policies, industry regulations, and applicable healthcare laws (e.g., PhRMA Code, OIG guidelines).
• Represent the company professionally at medical conferences, tumor boards, and regional/national sales meetings

Qualifications

QUALIFICATIONS/COMPETENCIES:

REQUIRED :

• Bachelor's degree required; scientific, business, or healthcare-related field preferred.
• Minimum of 35 years of pharmaceutical, biotech, or specialty sales experience, with a strong preference for oncology or specialty pharmacy background.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas in a competitive market.
• Strong understanding of buy-and-bill, specialty pharmacy distribution models, and reimbursement/access pathways.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to interpret and communicate clinical data effectively to healthcare professionals.
• Self-motivated with strong organizational and time-management skills; able to work independently.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel within assigned territory (may include overnight travel).

PREFERRED :

• Experience calling on oncology/hematology practices, infusion centers, or academic medical centers.
• Existing relationships within the oncology community.
• Familiarity with oral oncolytics, injectables, or biologics.
• Experience working with hub services and patient support programs
• High level of organizational skills and attention to detail.

HOLIDAY & PTO POLICY

• Paid holidays are provided annually, with 6 days offered each year, along with 5 sick days.

Please note, because we are a pharmacy most of our locations are open 24-hours a day, 7 days a week and therefore schedules may change as determined by the needs of the business.
