Customer Service Specialist

Role Description The Customer Service Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Cramerton, NC. In this position, the specialist will be the first point of contact for clients, handling inbound phone calls, emails, and in-person inquiries with professional and courteous communication. Day-to-day responsibilities include answering account-related questions within established guidelines, updating client records within the CRM, processing customer transactions including money movements and transfers accurately and efficiently to maintain a high level of client satisfaction. This role also involves documenting all client interactions accurately, adhering to compliance procedures, and contributing to a consistent, positive client experience. Qualifications Strong client interaction skills, including Customer Service, Customer Support, and Customer Satisfaction, with a focus on building trust and rapport. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, including Phone Etiquette and Customer Experience, ensuring professional and clear interactions across all channels. Ability to work with custodians to maintain service on client accounts. Attention to detail and accuracy when handling client information, documentation, and follow-up tasks. Ability to work on-site full-time in Cramerton, NC, managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced, regulated environment. Proficiency with office software (e.g., CRM systems, email, calendars); prior experience in financial services or a related field is a plus. High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or a related discipline is a plus. #J-18808-Ljbffr
