Significant online experience and a background in adult education, particularly in online and blended learning modalities, are strongly preferred. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of inspirational leadership, excellent communication skills, and a deep commitment to the goals of online education. Responsibilities also include developing and managing the school's budget, hiring and evaluating faculty and staff, and ensuring compliance with academic and regulatory standards.
