Axos BankTarget Range:$75,000.00/Yr. - $100,000.00Yr.Actual starting pay will vary based on factors including, but not limited to, geographic location, experience, skills, specialty, and education.Eligible for an Annual Discretionary Cash Bonus Target: 12.5%Eligible for an Annual Discretionary Restricted Stock Units Bonus Target: 12.5%These discretionary target bonuses may be awarded semi-annually based upon your achievement of performance goals and targets.About This JobThe Non-Real Estate Lender Finance (NRELF) Portfolio Associate supports the ongoing credit risk management and monitoring of a leveraged finance loan portfolio. Responsibilities include portfolio surveillance, covenant tracking, loan review support, data integrity across systems, and coordination with Portfolio Managers, Credit, and Operations to ensure compliance with internal policy and regulatory expectations.Responsibilities:Monitor assigned NRELF loan portfolio for payments, maturities, covenant compliance, and required documentationTrack, escalate, and document covenant breaches, exceptions, and emerging credit risksSupport quarterly and annual loan reviews, including financial analysis and risk rating recommendationsAssist with amendments, waivers, extensions, and ongoing portfolio maintenanceSupport portfolio reporting, stress testing exercises, and audit/regulatory requestsMaintain accurate loan data and ownership in nCino and related systemsIdentify data issues and contribute to process and reporting improvementsQualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field1–3+ years of experience in portfolio management, credit analysis, or commercial lendingWorking knowledge of financial statements, credit agreements, and covenant structuresStrong Excel skills; experience with credit systems (nCino, Moody’s, or similar) preferredHigh attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and ability to manage deadlinesAxos Employee Benefits May Include:Medical, Dental, Vision, and Life InsurancePaid Sick Leave, 3 weeks’ Vacation, and Holidays (about 11 a year)HSA or FSA account and other voluntary benefits401(k) Retirement Saving Plan with Employer Match Program and 529 Savings PlanEmployee Mortgage Loan Program and free access to an Axos Bank Account with Self-Directed TradingAbout AxosBorn digital-first, Axos delivers financial tools and services that allow individuals, small businesses, and companies to access and manage their money how, when, and where they want.
