Travel RN - Cath Lab/EP

American Traveler is hiring a Cath Lab RN with TN or compact license, ACLS, and NIHSS certification for a day-shift position requiring rotating call coverage.

Job Details

• Cath Lab unit of a hospital setting,
• Day shift schedule, Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM,
• Rotating call schedule cycling through Monday/Tuesday, Friday/Saturday/Sunday, and Wednesday/Thursday, with additional or trade call shifts as needed,
• Floating required,
• Uses Cerner EMR and Omnicell medication system,

Job Requirements

• Active RN license (TN or Compact) required,
• Current BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications (ACLS and NIHSS may be obtained after offer),
• Must pass EKG testing before start date,
• Circulating and conscious sedation skills required,

Additional Information

• Perform circulating duties and administer conscious sedation as part of cath lab procedures,
• Bi-weekly orientation schedule for new hires,
• Time off during designated holidays and holiday weeks will not be accommodated, including Valentine's Day, Local Spring Break, Easter, Mother's Day, Memorial Day, Father's Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Local Fall Break, Halloween, Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Year's,
• Holiday RTO requests may be discussed with the manager after arrival onsite using the RTO form,
• Local candidates within 75 miles of the facility are accepted at a reduced bill rate
