Physical Therapist - Travel Contract

Active Arizona physical therapy license required prior to start of assignment. BLS certification from AHA or ARC required. Experience in acute inpatient rehabilitation required. Experience with Cerner EMR preferred. Willingness and ability to float to other regional hospital facilities as needed. Ability to meet facility immunization and onboarding requirements. Assignment Details Facility Type: Hospital. Shift Name: Days. Shift Details: Monday - Friday, 08:00 - 16:30. Weekend Requirement: 2–3 weekends per month. Duration: 13-week assignment with 36 hours guaranteed per week. Floating: Required to float to other regional facilities as needed.
