Pay Rates Flatbed Solo OTR W2 - 0.65 CPM BASE + 0.05 CPM (if you're ready to make 11K+ miles monthly) + LOAD PAY + $5,000 Sign On Bonus. Dry Van Solo OTR W2 - 0.60 CPM BASE + 0.10 CPM safety/productivity bonus + $2,500 Sign On Bonus. Dry Van Teams OTR W2 - 0.77 CPM + 0.05 CPM safety/productivity bonus + 0.04 CPM Hazmat/Doubles + $10,000 Sign On Bonus. Hazmat/Doubles Teams OTR W2 - 0.81 CPM + $10,000 Sign On Bonus + 0.05 CPM monthly bonus. Dry Van Solo Regional W2 - 0.65 CPM BASE + 0.4 CPM Hazmat/Doubles.
