Senior Director Tax

Our client is a well-established, growing conglomerate with multiple lines of business across a few industries. They have great people and excellent resources. They are looking for a highly-experienced Senior Director of Tax to join their existing team and oversee all tax compliance and planning. Location: Los Angeles, CA. Base Pay: $220,000 - $250,000 per year. Additional compensation: Annual Bonus. Responsibilities Oversee tax compliance for over 10 entities across 3 states. Help manage an existing team and report to the CFO. Develop and implement internal controls and processes at all levels. Impact operations from day 1 as a key part of growth. Qualifications Must have an active CPA. Must have experience with complex business returns, including HNW Individuals. Must have strong experience with S‑Corps, Partnerships, and LLCs.
