Work Environment\n

This role is predominantly remote, offering flexibility in your work schedule while still providing a collaborative environment. While you will primarily work from home, our outpatient office in San Jose serves as a central hub for team meetings, training, and client consultations. You will typically be engaged from Monday to Friday, between 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM, with occasional evening shifts as necessary to meet patients' needs.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This position specifically targets the mental health needs of children and adolescents aged 5 to 18. You will engage with young clients facing diverse issues, from developmental disorders to emotional distress, providing critical support that influences their social, emotional, and academic well-being. The collaborative approach ensures that families are engaged in the therapeutic process, enhancing treatment outcomes and empowering caregivers.

Qualifications\n

  • A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

  • Current and valid licensure as an LCSW, LPCC, or LMFT in California.

  • Minimum of two years of relevant post-licensure experience, preferably working with children and adolescents.

  • In-depth knowledge of child and adolescent mental health disorders, alongside competence in utilizing evidence-based treatment techniques.

  • Demonstrated ability to provide both individual and family therapy services to young clients.
  • \n

Compensation and Benefits\n
