Director of Healthcare Economics

To support the financial performance of healthcare initiatives, the full-time remote Director of Healthcare Economics will oversee analytic functions, manage a team of analysts, and drive data-driven insights related to medical cost and utilization trends. Key responsibilities Provides long-range planning and oversight of healthcare economics teams to align with the company's strategic direction Develops and analyzes reports on key drivers such as revenue and cost trends to inform business decisions Recruits and develops a team of analysts while participating in strategy discussions with the executive team Required qualifications 10+ years of experience in data analytics, actuarial services, or a related field 8+ years of experience supervising or managing teams and/or projects 3+ years of programming experience in SQL, SAS, Python, or similar languages Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and knowledge of trend analysis Demonstrated ability to communicate complex information clearly and concisely
