Accountant Manager (Construction)

Our client, a leader in the construction industry, is seeking an Accountant Manager to join their team. As an Accountant Manager, you will be part of the accounting department supporting the development segment. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive approach which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Accountant Manager (Construction)

Location: Blue Bell, Pennsylvania (Remote)

Pay Range: $50.00/hour - $60.00/hour

What's the Job?

• Oversee the accounting functions for the construction projects, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Collaborate with a senior accountant to manage project-based accounting tasks.
• Review and post journal entries to maintain accurate financial records.
• Provide support to the Chief Accounting Officer with financial reporting and analysis.
• Ensure timely completion of accounting tasks while adhering to deadlines.

What's Needed?

• 5+ years of experience in construction industry accounting, specifically project-based or % complete accounting.
• Proficiency in JDE and OneStream accounting software is highly desirable.
• Strong Excel skills to manage and analyze financial data effectively.
• Experience in reviewing and posting journal entries.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a remote environment while maintaining productivity.
