Retirement Plan Advisor This role focuses on helping individuals achieve a successful retirement through group and individual presentations to participants in defined contribution 401(k)/(a), 403(b), and Government 457 plans. The position meets client service level agreements, achieves annual targets, and supports relationship management with key stakeholders. Location: Jackson, MS (public employees) Responsibilities Conduct Retirement Readiness Reviews, individual meetings, and group presentations to target participants using consultative expertise to improve retirement outcomes. Develop and maintain strategic partnerships with key stakeholders in each location within the assigned territory or for assigned employer-sponsored plans. Deliver one‑on‑one virtual and on‑site meetings using various technologies in a professional manner. Manage meeting schedules, including travel booking. Create and execute dynamic business plans and tactics to drive positive retirement income objectives for participants. Document interactions in Salesforce and collect required information to adhere to regulatory compliance guidelines. Achieve plan‑level and individual goals to meet service level agreements and business results. Participate in client meetings, sales finals, or other external meetings as needed. Collaborate across internal service and management teams to improve effectiveness. Qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience. 3–5 years relevant financial services experience. Strong presentation skills. Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams. Strategic thinker who can work independently. Strong relationship‑building and territory‑management skills. FINRA Series 6, 63, 65 registrations required within established timeline; current FINRA registrations strongly preferred . FINRA fingerprinting required upon hire. Preferred Qualifications Working knowledge of Salesforce. Working knowledge of building blocks for successful retirement planning. Basic understanding of defined contribution plans.
