What Your Days Will Look Like

In this full-time role with flexible shifts, you'll evaluate a diverse range of patients from post-op recoveries to mobility challenges due to chronic conditions and guide them through one-on-one therapy sessions designed to build strength, flexibility, and resilience. You'll apply your clinical expertise in manual therapy, exercise planning, and patient education, making real-time adjustments based on each patient's progress. You'll also serve as a teacher and motivator, offering tools and encouragement that help carry their success from the clinic into their daily lives.

What We're Looking For

We're seeking a licensed Physical Therapist with a DPT or equivalent and active credentials in Wisconsin. Previous experience in outpatient or clinical care is a plus, and specialty certifications are always welcomed, but more important than your resume is your mindset.
