Occupational Therapy Assistant - Home Health

Adventist Health is seeking an Occupational Therapy Assistant to join our home health team in Clearlake. In this field-based role, you will provide one-on-one occupational therapy treatments in patients’ homes, supporting recovery, safety, and independence in daily activities. Working under the supervision of an Occupational Therapist, you will implement care plans, document progress, and educate patients and caregivers. You’ll collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary, faith-based team dedicated to whole-person care—mind, body, and spirit—while enjoying opportunities for growth and meaningful community impact.
