Headquartered in Baton Rouge, with offices in Beaumont, Houston, Corpus Christi and Columbus, OH, as well as job sites around the country, ISC has grown our team as high as 3,000+ associates and offers full-service engineering, construction, and maintenance solutions throughout the United States.We are looking for a positive, energetic and experienced Craft Recruiter with a wide variety of abilities that complements ISC's culture of integrity.Applicants should have the ability to:Work closely with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and determine best recruiting practices to attract the most highly qualified candidates;Research, source (using cold calls, referrals, data mining and internet resources), evaluate resumes, conduct screening interviews to qualify candidates and present candidates to hiring managersDevelop and implement sourcing strategies for current and projected hiring needsPartner with hiring managers to understand lines of business and hiring needsPartner with HR to provide best practices and customer service to hiring communityWill be responsible for staffing related metrics which are reviewed per business lineRecruit, screen and interview craft candidates.A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected.Typically reports to a manager or head of a unit/department.Performs other administrative functions as assignedPromotes teamwork; coaches and guides othersQualifications:Experience working with Craft positions, preferably, Electrical, experience and/or degree preferred.Bilingual: Spanish speaking a plus.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.Act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.Must have the ability to work independently and as part of a team.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.Excellent organizational and time management skills, with understanding of meeting deadlines.Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.Typically has 5+ years' experience with Industrial Construction and/or Maintenance backgroundOther Information:Excellent wages and complete benefits package.Training will be provided at Corporate HR in Baton Rouge, LAWe are an equal opportunity employer, and all qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, disability status, protected veteran status, or any other characteristic protected by law.ISC evaluates and hires applicants for employment based exclusively upon the applicant's merit.
