Drinq Linq The Bar on 22 is a family-run establishment that recently took the reins of a iconic local restaurant with a loyal following. We're building on that legacy while bringing fresh energy to the space and we're looking for people who want to be part of it.

The Role

We're hiring a Bartender who sets the tone behind the bar and genuinely enjoys taking care of people. You'll be working in a busy, guest-focused environment where the pace is quick and leadership matters. In this role, you'll oversee bar operations, mentor the team, craft exceptional drinks, and ensure every guest has a great experience. If you like running a tight bar, building a strong team, and making someone's night a little better through great drinks and service, this might be a fit.

What You'll Do

• Lead bar service during your shifts, setting the standard for quality, speed, and hospitality
• Prepare cocktails, beer, wine, and other beverages with consistency and creativity
• Train, guide, and support bartenders and barbacks to maintain high standards
• Manage inventory, place orders, and minimize waste
• Answer questions about the menu, make recommendations, and suggest pairings or cocktails that elevate the experience
• Handle cash drawers, tabs, and payments accurately
• Communicate with servers and the kitchen to keep service running smoothly
• Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked bar
• Step in where needed to support the team and keep things moving

What We're Looking For

• 0.5+ years of bartending experience required; lead or supervisory experience strongly preferred
• Strong knowledge of cocktails, spirits, beer, and wine
• Solid leadership and communication skills with a friendly, professional demeanor
• Ability to stay organized, multitask, and keep your cool when it gets busy
• Comfortable standing for extended periods and working in a fast-paced environment
• Familiarity with food safety, responsible alcohol service, and POS systems
