Key Responsibilities: Lead the Design Process: Drive the end-to-end design of user interfaces, creating wireframes, high-fidelity designs, and interactive prototypes. Conduct research to understand user needs, industry trends, and competitor products to inform and validate design decisions. Create and maintain design systems to ensure a cohesive visual language across all products. Collaborate Across Teams: Partner with product managers, developers, designers across the field, and stakeholders to define and refine product requirements, advocating for user-centered solutions. Present design concepts and insights to align team members on design strategies that meet both user and business goals. Provide mentorship to junior designers, fostering growth and innovation within the team. Ensure quality and consistency: Oversee design quality through all stages, from concept to implementation, ensuring pixel-perfect execution. Conduct user testing and iterate on designs based on feedback, maintaining high standards of usability and accessibility. Qualifications: Education in Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), or a related field. 2-3 years of experience in UI/UX design Proficiency in design tools such as Figma and Adobe Creative Suite. Strong portfolio showcasing design thinking process, user-centered design work across various platforms. Excellent understanding of UX design principles, user psychology, and design systems. Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate design decisions and explain complex concepts to non-design stakeholders. Preferred Skills: Familiarity with agile methodologies and working in a fast-paced environment. Experience in conducting user research and data analysis to inform design decisions. Knowledge of accessibility standards and best practices. Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
