Job Description As a Security Officer - Weekends in Moline, IL , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Manufacturing & Industrial. Position Details Position Type: Part Time Pay Rate: $19.25 / Hour Schedule Saturday: 06:00 AM – 02:00 PM Sunday: 02:00 PM – 10:00 PM What You’ll Do Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and/or contractors by following site‑specific procedures, access protocols, and emergency response activities. Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem‑solving manner, and document security‑related concerns, unusual activity, and/or policy violations. Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, production areas, parking areas, and the perimeter to deter unauthorized access and identify security‑related issues. Monitor entry and exit points, verify credentials as required, and report maintenance concerns, hazards, and/or suspicious activity to the appropriate contacts. Support Allied Universal standards by communicating clearly with site personnel and local responders when appropriate, while maintaining detailed and accurate activity reports. Minimum Requirements Client requires proof of a high school diploma or GED. A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements. The ability to lift more than 20 pounds is preferred. Access control and/or badge experience is preferred. Be at least 19 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
