Metallurgical Engineer

Job description: We are seeking a talented and experienced Metallurgical Engineer to join our team with proven expertise in copper tube casting operations. This is a hands-on technical role focused on optimizing melting, casting processes, and product quality for high-performance copper tubing Qualifications: Required experience & educationBachelors degree in Metallurgical Engineering or similar, Materials Science/Engineering, Mining Science, Chemical Engineering, etcExperience supervising and optimizing induction melting, refining, and degassing processes for copperExperience managing continuous casting process control, including melt temperature, mold design, cooling systems, and pull speed parametersExperience performing defect analysis (segregation, porosity, cracking, etc.) and implement effective corrective actions to improve yield and product qualityExperience conducting comprehensive material testing and characterization, including: Metallography, Spectrographic analysis, Electrical conductivity testing, Mechanical property evaluation Why is This a Great Opportunity: Excellent opportunity to make an impact daily with your work!
