Moves, positions, and manipulates radiographic equipment to complete requested procedures safely. Performs direct patient care duties within the technologist’s scope of practice, including monitoring patient condition, transporting patient, and using proper infection control techniques. Ensures exam rooms are clean, stocked, and ready for use, and that all equipment undergoes routine cleaning and safety checks. Notifies appropriate personnel when inventory is low. Cross-trains into advanced modalities as needed. Education Associate [Preferred] Bachelor's [Preferred] High School Grad or Equiv [Required] Work Experience 1+ year experience preferably in radiology or a new graduate of accredited radiologic technology program Licenses and Certifications Registered Technologist – Radiography (RT(R) (ARRT))[Required] Basic Life Support - CPR Cert (BLS) [Required] Certified Radiologic Tech (R.T. -CERT) [Required] Physical Requirements Physical Requirements - Pay Range $23.94 - $44.53 Background Screening Requirement (Florida Law) Certain positions are subject to Florida Level 2 background screening, including fingerprinting, as required by state law.
