The Role The To-Go Server coordinates accurate, well-presented off-premise orders and provides the same welcoming hospitality guests expect inside the restaurant. What You’ll Do Receive, enter, verify, package, stage, and hand off takeout and delivery orders accurately. Confirm modifications, allergies, timing, payment, and guest contact information. Check every order for completeness, temperature protection, presentation, and required accompaniments. Communicate with culinary teams, drivers, delivery partners, and managers as conditions change. What You’ll Bring Restaurant, retail, fulfillment, or customer service experience is preferred. Strong accuracy, organization, communication, and point-of-sale skills. Ability to manage multiple time-sensitive orders while remaining hospitable. Dependable attendance and careful handling of food and payments. Food Handler Certification Physical & Schedule Requirements Stand and walk for extended periods throughout the restaurant shift. Frequently bend, reach, carry, and move through active guest and service areas. Regularly lift and carry up to 25 pounds and occasionally up to 50 pounds with assistance when needed. Work around food, beverages, cleaning products, noise, and changing temperatures.
