Facility:
This healthcare facility is a well-established practice serving a rapidly growing community with approximately 1,300 deliveries per year. The facility features a recently remodeled Labor and Delivery Unit with a Level III NICU and provides subspecialty support including MFM providers, genetic counselors, OB diabetic educators, and Urogynecology physicians on site.

Opportunity:
PHYSICIAN - OB/GYN HOSPITALIST

Job Details:
• 0.6 FTE position seeking BE/BC OB/GYN to join team of MDs, NPs, and CNMs
• Provide 24/7 in-house obstetric coverage for labor & delivery, triage, and emergency OB care
• Manage high-risk pregnancies, obstetric emergencies, and unassigned/ED obstetric patients
• Perform vaginal deliveries, operative vaginal deliveries, and cesarean sections as primary surgeon
• Collaborate closely with midwives, community OB/GYNs, anesthesia, pediatrics, and nursing teams
• Respond to OB/GYN consults from other hospital departments
• Evaluate and manage gynecologic issues presenting through ED and inpatient services
• Round on post-operative patients in house
• Perform minor GYN procedures/surgeries as credentialed including D&C, diagnostic laparoscopy, and management of early pregnancy loss/ectopic pregnancy
• Call schedule includes weekdays and weekends with 24-hour call shifts (8am to 8am)
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in OB/GYN required
