Our teams work closely with clients and communities across the region, bringing practical solutions and trusted expertise to every project.As a Project Manager in the Civil Department, you will work with project teams, clients, and technical staff to lead civil engineering projects from planning and design through construction. This role is responsible for managing project scope, schedules, budgets, and client relationships, and for leading project teams to deliver high-quality solutions that support the communities we serve.What You'll DoManage civil engineering projects from planning and design through constructionDevelop and manage project scope, schedules, budgets, and deliverablesCoordinate project work with engineers, surveyors, technicians, and other technical staffServe as a primary point of contact for clients and help maintain strong client relationshipsPrepare and review plans, specifications, reports, estimates, and project documentsLead project meetings and communicate project updates with clients and internal teamsSupport construction administration, observation, and project closeout responsibilitiesProvide leadership, technical guidance, and mentorship to project team membersHelp ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and with a high level of qualityWhat You BringBachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from an accredited four-year programLicensed Professional Engineer (PE) required6+ years of relevant civil engineering experienceProject management experience preferredExperience with civil infrastructure projects, site development, transportation, drainage, or municipal projects preferredStrong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skillsAbility to manage multiple projects and prioritiesAbility to work independently and as part of a teamValid driver's licenseCandidates must be legally authorized to work permanently in the United States.At Banner Associates, our culture is grounded in shared values that guide how we work, lead, and grow together.Culture of Improvement: We believe growth comes from being open to learning, challenging ourselves, and stepping outside our comfort zones.
