HUMAN RESOURCES DIRECTOR

COMPLETE CARE AT BARN HILL, NEWTON, NJ

We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Human Resources Director to join our team at Complete Care at Barn Hill in Newton, New Jersey. As a key member of our leadership team, you will play a vital role in supporting the day-to-day operations of our long-term care facility.

Responsibilities: Human Resources Director

• Recruitment of staff as needed

• Processing of new hires

• Payroll oversight

• Facilitating and mediating all labor-related issues

• Ensuring all reports and records are completed promptly

• Workers Compensation, Employee leaves

• Performing all duties in accordance with local, state, and federal guidelines

• Other duties as assigned by Administrator

Qualifications: Human Resources Director

• High School Diploma or equivalent

• HR Human Resources Director experience required

• Leadership qualities required

• LTC/SNF experience required

Requirements: Human Resources Director

• Full Time

• Day Shift

• HR Director experience within a long-term care/healthcare setting required

• Strong organizational and time management skills required

• Salaried position
